Harvest approached Joybyte in a time of rapid growth. They recently executed several large acquisitions and the company was quickly expanding, hiring and opening new locations. They needed to scale marketing efforts instantly to support their growth momentum.

Joybyte’s main focus was to support retail discounts and promotions in order to drive retail sales. This included staging and photographing dozens of products each month for multiple locations, then creating hundreds of digital assets monthly for all markets that were distributed across print and digital mediums.

We also developed multi-channel campaigns for special events like retail store openings and major cannabis holidays. Assets were tailored to digital, print and out-of-home channels.

The Joybyte team established Harvest’s content marketing foundation by developing a blog strategy and high-quality content that positioned Harvest as the leader in information about cannabis for wellness. Harvest did not have an in-house marketing team and needed to augment their staff; Joybyte became a partner and filled in the gaps whenever needed.

brand loyalty

Joybyte contributed to Harvest’s brand loyalty by creating and executing the Cannaseur’s Club loyalty program and Text Opt-In initiatives specific to local markets. These special promotions and offers ensured loyal customers never had to wait for dispensary discounts. Joybyte also created educational brochures and information to build Harvest’s reputation and position them as a trusted resource in the cannabis community.
