Overview
Public Goods built its brand around simplicity, quality, and everyday essentials, but translating that philosophy into social media required a different approach than traditional consumer packaged goods marketing. Joybyte partnered with the brand to create a creator-driven content ecosystem that integrated products naturally into daily routines, allowing authentic experiences to communicate value through real-life use rather than polished advertising. By cultivating a diverse network of creators and a growing library of reusable content, Public Goods expanded brand discovery, strengthened consumer trust, and established a scalable foundation for sustained growth across organic, paid, and retail marketing initiatives.
Strategy
Public Goods partnered with Joybyte to build a creator program capable of introducing multiple product categories without relying on a one-size-fits-all influencer campaign. Rather than treating every product the same, the strategy focused on matching highly relevant creator communities to each category—from food creators for healthy ramen to lifestyle and home creators for household essentials. This audience-first approach ensured every partnership felt authentic while generating reusable content across the brand’s most important product lines.
Execution
Joybyte recruited 50 carefully selected creators and adapted the program as performance insights emerged. When food creators naturally gravitated toward the ramen products, the team expanded into a new creator segment—Los Angeles-based actors and lifestyle creators—to produce high-quality, on-brief content for the brand’s home goods line. The campaign generated a diverse library of licensed assets that could be repurposed across paid media, organic social, and future marketing initiatives.
Results
Public Goods successfully built a scalable creator content engine that generated authentic awareness across multiple product categories while producing a valuable library of reusable creative. By matching the right creators to the right products and adapting the strategy based on creator performance, the brand established a repeatable framework for launching diverse product lines, strengthening brand storytelling, and supporting long-term marketing efforts with creator-led content.
