Joybyte developed an always-on creator ecosystem spanning indoor and outdoor plant care, multiple products and retailers, seasonal gardening moments, and varying levels of consumer expertise. Content ranged from first-time plant journeys and troubleshooting to visible transformations, outdoor gardening, entertaining, and seasonal routines — all designed to meet consumers with useful education when they needed it most.
Performance signals continuously informed the program, identifying the creators, messages, products, and formats worth scaling. High-performing organic content was extended into paid media, while TikTok Shop created a direct connection between discovery and purchase and helped reveal new audience, product, and creative opportunities. Together, these channels created a feedback loop where creator content generated consumer signals, those signals informed strategy, and winning ideas could be scaled across the broader marketing ecosystem.
Results
Miracle-Gro transformed creator marketing into a scalable growth, creative, and learning engine. The program demonstrated that creators could effectively engage consumers across the full plant care journey while also opening opportunities with audiences outside the traditional gardening category. Education-first, troubleshooting, and beginner-friendly content emerged as particularly powerful ways to make Miracle-Gro feel approachable, useful, and relevant to consumers.
Creator content also proved its value beyond organic social, becoming a strong source of paid creative and helping Miracle-Gro connect discovery with commerce across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and retail. Most importantly, the brand now has an established roster of proven creators, a growing library of reusable content, and a system for continuously identifying what consumers want, ask, and buy. Rather than rebuilding the program each season, Miracle-Gro has created a creator infrastructure designed to learn, compound, and scale over time.
