STRATEGY
Bakeful set out to do more than launch a new snack brand—it aimed to build a creator-powered demand engine from day one. Rather than relying on traditional marketing campaigns, the brand embraced a creator-led growth system designed to maximize discovery, social proof, and consumer demand through TikTok Shop. By treating creators as the input layer of growth and TikTok Shop as a real-time demand validator, the strategy focused on generating continuous creator activity, incentivizing performance, and scaling the signals that consumers responded to most. The goal was not simply to drive sales, but to create familiarity and demand that would support future retail expansion.


EXECUTION
To accelerate visibility, we activated a large-scale affiliate ecosystem supported by performance incentives, creator recruitment systems, and TikTok-native commerce infrastructure. The campaign launched in two phases—Donutful followed by Muffinful—allowing momentum to compound over an extended period rather than peaking around a single launch event. As creators produced content, the system continuously surfaced what was driving engagement and conversion, from craveable product reveals and taste reactions to urgency-driven messaging and social proof. Those insights informed ongoing optimization across creator recruitment, incentives, promotions, and content direction, creating a self-reinforcing cycle of learning and growth.
