Our unique model gives businesses instant access to a team of 5 social media professionals to manage social media entirely on their behalf (including an account manager, strategist, graphic designer, copywriter, and a community manager). All for less than the cost of a single in-house hire. Joybyte is actively seeking a dynamic, digitally savvy marketing professional to lead our influencer/ambassador/content creator strategies and campaigns. If you’re a team player with a positive attitude, well-versed in the influencer landscape, and excited about creating ad-ready UGC content, you might be the perfect fit.

Position Summary:

As an Influencer Campaign Lead, you will play a vital role in managing influencer/ambassador recruitment and fostering strong relationships. Your expertise will be instrumental in leveraging user-generated content (UGC) to create compelling ad-ready content for our clients’ paid partners. You will oversee campaigns from start to finish, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision and goals. This includes drafting necessary proposals, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting on campaign results, and making strategic recommendations for campaign adjustments to optimize outcomes. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our campaigns and drive improved results for our clients.


  • Develop and execute innovative influencer marketing strategies, partnerships, and programming aligned with client marketing goals for audience acquisition and retention.

  • Conduct analysis, recommend strategic approaches, and collaborate with micro to macro influencers and content creators to strategically enhance brand awareness and engagement.

  • Monitor influencer campaign performance, oversee post-campaign reporting, implement reporting structures, and ensure tracking methods are established before campaign launch.

  • Build and manage relationships with influencers/ambassadors, negotiate deals, supervise content creation, and analyze performance data.

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns to achieve client marketing targets, focusing on KPIs such as content quality, reach, engagement rate, website traffic, and conversions.

  • Leverage UGC content and craft creative briefs to produce ad-ready content for Clients’ paid partners.

  • Analyze paid ad data, adjust or produce new creative to exceed conversion goals.

  • Brainstorm creative approaches to creator campaigns, keeping campaigns fresh and engaging.

  • Research industry experts, competitors, target audience, and users to inform influencer strategy.

  • Collaborate with clients to define effective influencer approaches to meet set objectives.

  • Liaise with community managers to align influencer selection and campaign deliverables with strategic goals.

  • Facilitate frequent account/content reviews with community managers to ensure correct strategy implementation and achievement of growth targets.

  • Ensure client renewals by maintaining account health and conducting successful renewal strategy checkpoints.

  • Stay abreast of new digital technologies, influencer/creator best practices, and trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.



  • Preferred educational background: Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • Essential experience: 2+ years in influencer marketing within an agency or client-side environment.

  • Proven success in designing and executing outreach campaign strategies.

  • Proficiency in leveraging social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, & YouTube.

  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.

  • Demonstrated expertise in building and nurturing social media communities.

  • Capability to assess and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

  • Experience in negotiating and managing influencer budgets exceeding $50k.

  • Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strategic mindset, adept at problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Skill in identifying and understanding client target audiences, crafting content tailored to their preferences.

  • Adaptability to match the style, tone, and voice of diverse clients.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills; ability to create compelling creator scripts.

  • Effective research skills to understand client industries and business models quickly.

  • Proficient in Mac and G Suite presentation products.

  • Knowledgeable in Google Analytics and familiar with basic website CMS.

  • Experience with influencer management tools, such as Tagger.

  • High motivation, self-starter mentality, and a commitment to high standards of performance for oneself and the team.
